Victim Services

Victim Services assists victims of crime throughout their involvement in the criminal justice system. Assistance is available to victims of crime anywhere on Prince Edward Island. If you live off-Island and are victimized by a crime that occurred on PEI, you are also eligible for services.

Where a victim is incapacitated or has died as a result of the crime, family members may benefit from available services. Assistance is available to those who feel they have been victimized regardless of whether a complaint has been made to the police or a charge has been laid.
